Was passing by IGA Boambee & decided to stop in & Order the Sweet Chilli Wrap for takeaway @Cassidys Cafe and Takeaway & it was delicious! The wrap was fresh, large portioned & good price, also the Man I was served by at the counter was friendly. Thank you!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Wouldn’t even spit on the floor in this joint. Rang prior to coming and was told they are open for another 20 minutes if we come before 3, got there 4 mins after the phone call and the doors were shut. Came in with my 2 poms on a leash and asked if she was open, to her flailing her arms and yelling “THIS IS A HOSPITALITY ESTABLISHMENT YOU CANT HAVE DOGS IN HERE!”No problem I said, and asked my partner to take them outside. I asked if she was open as the doors were closed, and she huffed and said “we close at 3. what do you want” with an annoyed look. So we left. The big woman from out of the kitchen needs to take a lesson on manners. If you don’t like where you’re working get a job at Autograph instead. They shut at 5.30.

On last Sunday went to order coffee for my mum and I as we have done for years. A few months ago my mum had taken back a cold coffee back which Amanda had made,obviously she has held a grudge as on Sunday as I was ordering our coffee she came up to me and said extra hot with a dirty look on her face. I said I was going to talk to manager she then yelled and abused me,worst service I've ever received.

Perfect pitstop, fast excellent food. Great menu with classics and some fun stuff like a surf and turf burger. Staff are great, when we were there they were having a great time laughing about a story the cook was telling!

Very convenient, though wish they would use different rolls on burgers and bacon and egg rolls. Otherwise very friendly and prompt.

The prices are good and the burger was sizeable. Had the veggie burger: bubble n squeak pattie, tomato, beetroot, lettuce.Missed having onion and carrot, but the salads were fresh :)Small chips were sizeable too.

I just had the best works burger in Coffs Harbour. The prices are very reasonable and great menu options too. Definitely can’t wait to go again and try there other food options.
