Many store came and closed In St Clair but Gloria jean’s stayed as they have exceptional customer service prices are fair my daughters love the cold drinks from there too

I hate this but your coffee tastes terrible compared to literally every other gloria jeans. Its disgusting, ive actually cried before. Can you ask what the other stores are doing please. Its so bad it the owner not the employees

myself and my partner cannot fault the staff at all ..we were visiting from the UK & occasionally visited the store for a drink & a cheeky banana bread slice ..staff were pleasant & apologised for any delays, much appreciatedgood variety of drinks on the menu also

Customer service person (Channel) was busy telling her personal story and least interested in making coffee properly. I had ordered Cappuccino with skim milk and 2 marshmallows and chocolate sprinkles on top.As they had no regular size marshmallow she tipped in 1/5 glass of small size marshmallows and multi color sprinkle, I told her that it's too many marshmallows and I can't have it. She made another coffee very weak coffee & but filled it with half glass with froth. Terrible expressions.... bad service.... very rudeeeee

went in today with my wife who just wanted a ice coffee with crushed ice with no creamthe guy behind the counter then kept offering different types of cream and flavours to which my wife kept saying...NO CREAM THANKSAfter about 1 minute she decided it was all too hard and left.the middle aged gentlemen just said...OK C YA.this was the easiest drink u could ever be asked to make .It was also the most bizarre moment i have ever seen in retail.Dreadful customer service !!!!

Husband brought me a coffee home. Had a big sip and the coffee tasted like cleaning products. My stomach is burning now. Guess they didn’t flush their machine properly? Just awful!

Service was ok, coffee was average and I received the incorrect order for food. Didn’t realize until I got home and was unable to find a connected phone number to the store to call and inform them.
