I've been there a few times and was happy until a few months ago, my brakes were squeaky and I've been told that they were still OK but poor quality so I should have them replaced.He charged me $500 to change the front brakes pads, came out of the garage and a few days after the new" brakes were squeaky again! I brought the car back 1 month later and I think they just sprayed some brakes cleaner cause the squeak came back a week after that 2nd visit.End of the story is that I've paid $500 to have my squeaky brakes pads replaced and the new brakes are still squeaky"

I have been dealing with Bowen Automotive for 5 months now. I must say I am very impressed with their service and quality of work. I met them when I was looking for a second quote and they saved me a lot of money by ringing around to find a better deal on the required parts I needed.I love a workshop that goes the extra mile.

I wanted to Thank Arthur and his team for looking after me. He found the fault in Mazda 6 2003 hatch the other mechanics could not. He serviced the car and made it run like it came out of the showroom. If you are looking for a service professional that really knows his stuff, and does not charge the earth, look no further. Bowen Automotive is for me.Thanks again champ.

I have taken two cars here now, one for a minor service, one for more significant investigation and works.Both times they have been great. Price is reasonble for the work done, but the 5 star review is because they communicate well, take and answer questions and have been happy to accomodate pick up and drop off times.

I had my brakes repaired here, but they were squeaky. A few months later I took the car back and was delighted when the mechanic fixed them for free. Cars are complicated things. That the mechanic fixed a possible mistake without any hassle for free speaks volumes about this business' integrity and quality.
