I ordered Biryani via Menulog (21/06/2023) and I didn’t get my food. Unbelievable; but I successfully wasted my $22. I would rate zero star if I have option to rate it.

Thank you Hyderabad Flavours for the elite food in our native taste and a special thanks and mention on Rafi. He is soooo warm and smily and that keeps the vibe on entering the restaurant to stay happy and when the food arrives it perfectly blends the mood. My wife is behind pepper chicken which is her fav, always you don't leave us down with your unique taste. Thank you Rafi for adding the special smile in you. Keep the good vibes you spread. We will be regular inspite we stay more than 15 Kms from restaurant. Long live your service for authentic Hyderabad and south Indian cuisine tastes and menus.

Ordered takeaway from here Paneer tikka and chicken malai tikka. I reckon chef needs to watch the video on youtube how to make paneer tikka before serving to anyone, its seems like they just took the paneer cubes out of curry wash it and mix it with capsicum and onion, no spices tasteless dish, also chicken malai tikka was runny and they put cheese on top so that when it melts it looks like malai. Don't waste your money here they charges me $7 extra for no reason maybe they don't even know the calculation.

Bought a family pack of Goat Biryani which was like paste and on top of it, they just sprinkle some rice for the appearance which was terrible. Thought you guys respect customer but it doesn't appear by your service today. Also mentioned that, why the prices are not same as their restaurant in the Google, he don't know why it hasn't been updated, the same point I did raise 2 months ago no proper answer, I Don't recommend at all.

Ordered, Onion pakora and got this, was stale, microwaved and chewy than jerky. I think they are pulling the Mickey and playing with customers health with stale and disgusting food. the health inspector can sue this place indeed with food inspection, gotta be very careful. Being chef myself the quality of food I got probably was a disgrace.

We had our lunch here on last Monday, prior to going to this place we have checked their website and selected few items in mind. When we reach store and ordering food the price difference is too higher than what it was showing in their website. I asked their employe, he said management is aware of the issue but no one looking to fix that. I understood due to inflation prices might gone up. We ordered couple of items and requested to make it as spicy. Both items were no species and no salt very bad experience. We drove around 40km to visit this place and had very worst experience.We had some left-over food and requested for take away container. The guy from counter said it's $1 for container. This is next level, they said as per management we are taking $1 for container which is not making any sense of it. Then I ask him If order my food as take away you still charge extra $1 for container, then he said no. We only charge on menu price. Then why you guys charging $1 for container which is not making any sense.Again they said same thing, management told them to charge $1 for container and they are doing it so.This is for owner/ Management: This is not fare to charge extra from people. It's not about paying $1. It's all about common sense.

im giving this review after facing many food quality issues with this restaurant.im from hyd too, i know the taste of hyd, here at this store this guys are running the restaurant in the name of hyderabad, just for business and money, chef has no clue how to cook, the employees working there at reception are very disgusting, they just playing around everytime laughing joking each other, dont know how to serve a customer and act like they are the owner.if i talk about the food quality, previously it was good when the restaurant was new but its not good anymore, waste of money, they are using burned oil and blackpepper in everydish also the amount of oil is too high everytime, they should visit hyd to know how tasty our dishes are, very disappointing with the quality and service even they dont recev phone calls nor they follow food instructions, not recommeded at all, save your money, save your health.even i found a thread in my food today,im not gonna eat nor i will visit this store.

We ordered egg bhurji with Uber eats. We only received quarter of the container for $18.10. The bhurji was basically scrambled eggs with some onions and no taste at all. I rang to see if we have got wrong item and they said that's their standard and they make their bhurji like this. They did not want to deal with us. I asked for manager and got told he is not available. Speaking in Hindi in background thinking customer won't understand them. they were basically tried to get rid of us over the phone. Very rude and not cooperative at all.The worse taste and worse service in Brisbane.
