HLR staff can not be trusted and they are very inexperienced. I highly recommend using another local professional, experienced, trustworthy painting business.In response to the owners reply below; correction you were hired as a sub-contractor.You turned up to our worksites uninvited and without anyones permission multiple times after you left.You also came to collect 'recreational goods' from the apprentice you have on at our worksites.Do you recall revisiting jobs in Clayfield and East Brisbane due to missed & defective work carried out by yourself?Do you recall not knowing how to spray properly? Or how to plaster properly?All reviews are based off experience.

We recently contracted HLR Painting Co. to re-paint the interior of our home. They were reliably on time every time and stood by their word on every occasion. They were super accommodating of our needs and respectful with our home and belongings during the length of the project.Hard working, neat, reliable and professional.The end product was flawless. Just had HLR Painting Co paint the exterior of our house and guttering on a two storey house and included an extremely high flyover. Hume and his apprentice did an excellent job, highly recommend them.

HLR Painting is definitely quality for money. Owner and operator, Hume, was so knowledgeable, helpful and flexible. He was recommended by a work colleague and absolutely impressed us. Hume helped with paint selection, colour sampling and also acted as our sounding board for ideas. Our job was planned for July however, due to snap lockdowns and Covid isolations we were delayed but they fit us in and made it work with minimal hassle. The guys were always onetime, easy going, CLEAN, and focused. They were even helpful with timing of our blind and curtain install and came back to patch for us. Would highly recommend HLR Painting they tick all the boxes – Professional, Quality job, Helpful, Flexible, Talented. Thank you for doing such a great job!
