We found Declan from Dipacci Coffere extremely helpful. He knows his coffee and machines.After going online to educate ourselves about the various options available for a new machine and grinder, it was quite daunting. We previously had a Breville Barista Expresso. So a steep learning curve was required. Pictures and words can only tell you so much.So once a close friend mentioned that Dipacci Coffee had opened in Port Macquarie, we checked it out.They had most of the machines and grinders that we had short listed from the internet. How good it was to physically see and touch the machines. Some of the machines we saw online that seem to be suitable, turn out not to be. But with Declan's help we found a combination that suited us to a tee.We purchased a Bellezza Inizio coffee machine and a Precision grinder.And the best part, Dipacci was price competitive even though we are in a regional area. Plus Service Backup as a bonus.Whilst we still have much to learn as to how to get the best out of our purchase, initial impression is excellent.Coffee is brilliant!We would thoroughly recommend Declan and Dipacci Coffee.

Declan's a legend - knows his gear and is able to work to your budget and needs. Reassuring to buy gear local and know you've got support nearby should you need it! Will be returning in future if need any coffee appliances & tools.

Great coffee had a problem with the milk not coming out and they fixed it over the phone in 10minutes with no charge. Make sure you clean the milk lines out regularly. Cheers
