What's the deal with going out to the coolroom to get orders when they are in the display cabinet. I want what I'm looking at. $30a kilo for sliced silverside is a bit rich

I try to support our smaller suburban shops. Heritage Meat Co at Kahibah is worth supporting, their meat is always excellent, the sausages are very good. They produce their own kransky and chorizo, that they smoke on-site, and both are wonderful.

Love to support small businesses and nice to know the meat is farmed locally in Scone. Friendly staff, fresh & delicious produce! They even take reusable containers to help reduce plastic waste. :)
