My partner ordered a beef burito IQ for me on uber eats and a vegetarian bowl for herself for a Friday night treat. What turned up was 2 vegetarian bowls. When we rang the store their response was to contact uber and we are really busy. I ended up eating the vegetarian bowl only to find that some of the black rice was hard and crunchy like it hadn't been cooked. Thankfully uber refunded my meal but I am very disappointed with the whole experience ☹️. Probably take my hard earned dollars elsewhere next time.

Ordered a nachos… hardly any toppings were put on. I asked multiple times for more of things but started to feel bad as the girl serving me seemed like she was training still but no one corrected her. I eat there most weeks and have never had this problem. It’s not worth paying $14 for just corn chips.

I like the food . Never been in at opening time before, But if your going to open a 10.30 instead of 10 as advertised pls up date opening time so I don't waste mine. 11/03 thanks.

I usually love Zambreros very much, however tonight I ordered through your app for pick up and didn’t receive what I had ordered. I ordered an IQ burrito but received a classic with the same fillings I chose thank god. Very disappointed as I really only enjoy the IQ. I suggest to carefully read customers orders and triple check, I even checked my app and I did order correctly.
