This isn't just a Tech repair place! From the moment I was greeted I was made to feel important and advice regarding my non charging watch was freely given. Great prompt fixing of my watch and even more advice regarding keeping the battery healthy. great service AND at a great price. Thoroughly recommend

Had fantastic customer service with guys on Friday. The screen on my iPhone 11 Pro was cracked a year or so ago ago and my phone started to play up the past couple of days. I was offered a couple of options of two replacement screens of similar levels of quality. Instead of the screen being replaced they were able to repair it with their new machine. (It looked like microwave! Lol) In under an hour it was fixed, I was so happy I bought a protective case and screen cover. Definitely recommend The Phone Tailor on Bay Street.

Both Jun and James were very helpful and provided excellent customer service. Recently I had my phone fixed here and I was hoping that I could retrieve my data. Luckily, these guys were able to assist me with this and it only took two days for them to bring my phone back alive without loss of data.Thanks again guys!

James and Jun are very friendly and helpful! My Samsung Note 20 Ultra glass back screen cracked a number of times as my toddler always gets to it. Parts are available the next day if not in store, with the repair completed within 30 minutes! Thanks so much! I'm sure I will be back with more repairs soon ha ha

Incredible service. I have walked past this store several times but had never gone in. I needed some advice and a screen protector on my car head unit. I spoke to two gentleman and the service was incredible, gave me great advice and helped me put on the screen protector. Definitely coming back here.

Excellent people here, I'd lost (totally my fault) links between my contacts numbers and names without a back up. In less than 15 minutes these guys had everything working again. Super polite and helpful superior service plus.Refused to take any payment despite me offering. Its a shame they don't sell Android phones. I'd buy one tomorrow.

Excellent service, I handed them a phone which had been submerged in water then dropped and left to sit out in the sun on a 35 degree day. Safe to say I had no hope it was going to be fixed, thankfully they repaired it to full health and I didn't lose any data. Great customer service and I will certainly be back for any technical problems!
