Well equipped box in South Yarra with friendly members and a professional, helpful, engaged and knowledgeable coach facilitating every WOD, every day.Bonus is when Ben brings his huskies in to make sure you don’t get away with no-reps ;)

Poor community. Bad coaching. If you are new to Crossfit don’t expect to learn much here. The only thing that helps CrossFit South Yarra still be around is the affiliation.

Great facility and even more so is Ben their owner! I traveled to Melbourne from Sydney and needed to train to Stay on track for my comps and CrossFit games and Ben was an absolute legend!Would recommend to anyone living or visiting Melbourne!Thank you

I’ve dropped in here a couple of times.Had so much fun. Very positive vibe amongst the coaches and the athletes here.As a PT myself the mix of programming was really good to see. For example barbell on Tuesday, gymnastics on Thursday’s, all out monster mash WOD Friday. (Maybe not those exact days, but you know what I mean).You can tailor what you want out of fitness that way.Great coaching advice and support.See you guys again soon.
