Mum needed a new walker. We had used their services before. They took so much time making sure the walker was suitable for her use and the right height. We loved one with a higher price but it was too high - that really impressed me. They could have made a higher sale. On our way out Mum spotted an electric hospital bed - she loved it. So we ordered that too! Prices are very reasonable considering the expert service. Highly recommended!

Staff are friendly & helpful. Went 2 weeks ago to rent a wheelchair. Did not book in advance. The staff went out of her way to look for a suitable wheelchair that’s still available.The wheelchair is of good quality. Even bought a retractable walking stick for a good deal. Excellent service.

The quality of the staff and service here is beyond the best. Absolutely sensational care and great information provided. Lovely display and easy parking. Definitely worth a visit if your in need of some advice, items or care these are the people that you need to see. Excellent service for adding a little skip in once step ( or assistance to walk & sit with ease at 92 years young) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Bought a raised toilet seat from the shop. Service was excellent, the guy serving me fitted different seats to the toilet for me to try... finally found the one that suited me. Cost a bit and no returns.
