I wanted to say a massive thank you to Shona and Dr Sarah. I hold a lot of tension in my shoulders and neck and quite often get head aches as a result. I first went to Chiropractic central for a massage with the lovely Shona because my back hurt so much. She worked out a lot of tension and then sat down with me to advise me on a few things I could do myself to help with it. I have had quite a few massages and this is the first time someone has ever actually given me proper information to help me long term.I decided to see Dr Sarah as well, just to check up on everything and I am really glad I did. It was really interesting to learn about sublaxation and the connections in the body and understand what was actually causing my headaches. After a few X-rays and analysis I went back to see Dr Sarah and she showed me how my spine had moved and what pressures this was causing and in turn causing my headaches and back pain. The initial treatment helped so much and my headaches have gone. We still have treatment left because my spine isn't quite back to where it should be yet but I am looking forward to continuing my treatment plan!I would happily recommend both and suggest having a check if you haven't before, I had no idea how my spine was deteriorating before I saw the X-rays and now I am getting it fixed so I don't have long term issues. It also helps that they are a lovely bunch. Thanks ladies, see you soon!

I came to see Dr Sarah with a really stiff neck and limited range of movement. She was amazing, and took so much time to properly assess my condition being careful to treat me correctly. I feel empowered and confident that Dr Sarah can help fix my spinal subluxation. I never knew how much my spinal misalignment was affecting my overall health. She is so knowledgeable and caring! Jasmin was also super friendly and professional.. they communicate everything incredibly clearly. The best chiropractor I have ever been too with the best service! I already have a lot of relief with my neck and am excited to continue my treatment. I could not recommend their services highly enough!

I've been going here for a few years now. They do a sort of subscription based clinic. That is you pay every 6 months, you do your normal scheduled maintenance adjustments (monthly normally), but if you feel you need an extra adjustment in between, then that's no problem.

Correction to previous incorrect review - I am a long standing client of Chiro Central - it is because of their wonderful care I have avoided back surgery and no longer suffer back pain.

Dr Sarah is a fantastic chiropractor, who is very knowledgeable about health in general. She was up front to me about chiro not being a quick fix. It takes time and it needs to be accompanied by a healthy lifestyle, which includes doing the exercises you are given.Probably the best part is that she structures regular scans and progress reports so you can track whether it's actually working before you commit to a long term plan.The practice is neither the cheapest not the most expensive I've been to but I'd say it's easily worth the money. Plus the atmosphere there, whether it be the staff or other clients, is great. Also very kid friendly.

Fabulous massage with Shona today,such relief after a painful week.Lovely light airy room, the fresh air much appreciated and the wide table ideal for larger bodies,looking forward to my return visit very soon.

I’ve just signed up for a 3 month treatment plan and already feeling much better in my lower back. Dr Kasia is very informative and super nice and that’s why I can easily get up for my 6:30 AM sessions! Make sure you plan your financials ahead and do have private insurance.
