Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. I ordered a bed, mattress protector and mattress. The three items were shipped separately using three different couriers. The mattress protector arrived after about a month and a half, the mattress four days later. I NEVER received the bed as when it was dispatched, there was only my name on the package - no address or contact details. The receiving courier rejected the package and it was sent back to the warehouse. After many (4-6) phone calls and a week and a half, I was informed that they had not been able to confirm that the bed had been received by the warehouse. I told Cailin (staff member) that regardless of whether the warehouse had received the bed, they were aware that I had not received the bed despite having paid the entire amount of my purchase, almost 2 months previously. I should have been sent a new bed and the missing bed be found by them after my new bed was sent. I asked for a refund as I had had enough. I got a half hearted apology for all the drama. Don’t use these guys!!! So disappointing.
