Great service and friendly team. They've looked after me for years and I couldn't recommend them more.

Such great customer service. Took my daughters Deb dress in to be hemmed. While they couldn’t do it due to the fabric type they went to the effort of supplying me with several names of people in warrnambool they knew could and who they recommended.

Excellent quality, exceptional customer service, reasonable turn around time.

Great customer service however I took 4 pairs of Nobody Jeans to get altered. There was an issue with the way they were altered from the back which was rectified (this was not told to me when I took the jeans in, other wise I would not have had them altered). I realised upon further inspection that when my jeans had been pressed (or ironed) it was to hot and has burnt a parallel line straight down the front of each leg of a light pair of jeans. Totally not wearable.I could not be bothered with having to go back a 2nd time. These jeans were $239 for the pair and had not been worn, now they are un-wearable. I had no idea they were going to press my jeans, had I have known this I would have said I did not want that service. I would not recommend this for alterations and carefully of dry-cleaning.

Happy with past service. Don't use often so I am always a little surprised by the prices being more than I expect. But no complaints either - always quick and nice friendly service. They send you a text as soon as your item is ready and that is a great option for the forgetful! Recommended . Pretty sure they do mens shirt and pant bundle specials for those that office work.

Consistently good service. Turn around time can be a bit slow. As they're the only dry cleaner in town they can be expensive.
