Unfortunately non existent customer service from this company anymore. I've purchased 2 brand new Kubotas over the years, the 2nd machine got delivered and I couldn't even take the bucket off the hitch they had literally hammered it on and left it as my problem. I needed a sledge hammer to remove it first day on the job to change the bucket.I called today to enquire about a new set of tracks for one machine, the guy couldnt even tell me a price over the phone and would call me back"

dont go here,unless you want to be told bull and robbed ,tell you $120 to diagnose problem then charge nearly $300 with a nil result .good work lance 1 star because i have to

Only choice for kubota repairs....nice people...all the answers.....geographically hard due to location allow 4+hours return to golcoast ...shame about that

Would never deal with these bunch of clowns again. They have no idea about customer service in that office. They will rip you off when they can and don't honour their warranty.David the Manager/part owner is up him self that he doesn't care about any issues that you raise in regards to the machines.If you are after a Kubota find a different dealer.

Not so good this time around. I had to chase and ring them for the progress on my chipper I droped into get fixed took a week. A bit upset because the customer service was not very professional, I'm sorry to say

Bought a new SVL75 track loader from Allclass - had no issues with it. Sales, parts and service have been supportive. Thorough servicing done and couldn’t fault it. Sales rep, Anthony has been supportive and backed the product and brand before and after the sale. It’s our first time owning a Kubota and will purchasing again in the future. Thanks for a well-built, honest machine that can handle a heavy workload. You give your other competitors a run for their money with quality and affordability. We’ve been in the earthmoving business for over 20 years and wouldn’t recommend them if we didn’t believe in their product.TMP Earthmoving Pty Ltd

My Kubota 3.6ton excavator with only 1760hours has been nothing but trouble. All computer/electrical.Good luck getting parts immediately, seems to me putting plastic dials & guages where the weather degrades those is a design fault with Kubota.Anyhow to their credit All class top management resolved the issues.I have had CAT. & KOMATSU over 30 years and should have stayed with those brands.

Had a small front blade problem with our excavator hydraulics. Turned out to be something embarrassingly simple. The guys fixed it totally cleaned and greased the machine. Cost us way less than we were led to believe elsewhere. Glad the dealer was all over it.
