Products are half size ie jelly slice and others stale grrrr used to be a good place my last purchase was a stale coffee scroll

This is my all time favourite bakery.Every thing I've tried has been very tasty and eveN Gets my husbands tick if approval.If you like donuts order their donut twist with custard so DELISHThe pasties are the nicest I've tasted, the quiche was very tasty and the pumpkin and parmesan pie is amazing.My husband loved the beef and curry pie he said its the best pie he's tasted in a long time.I will be shopping here regularly I love everything I've had.

Understand staffing is hard but after waiting and having others around me served who arrived well after me I could not wait any longer and left to purchase my lunch elsewhere. Very poor customer service and even worse when you have to ask someone to serve. Will never get my business or receive any recommendations.

bread good service terrible ,got loaf and 6 rolls asked for a bag due to gimpy/disabled hands and the woman just dumped the bag and started to walk away i had to ask her to bag them for me and she open bag and wanted me to put them in which i couldn't then she finally bagged them ,said ill never shop here again""

I heard they do a nice coffee and turns out they do. I find that’s it’s hard to get a nice cafe in Geelong, especially in Newcomb.The staff were quite friendly too.I could see they also do breads, cakes and lots of other yummy treats. I’ll have to go back again soon.

The last 2 years I have been going to this bakery . Always support your local , but these last couple months , it just has gone down hill . Every time I ask for fresh bread I come home and it’s stale and the rolls are dry .and this has happened a lot of the time … Bit upsetting . they really need to lift there game!
