I could not be happier with the service I received from Savita and her team from the Domayne Design hub. The entire process was completely seamless from the in-home consultation, to the constant communication, the gorgeous mood boards and the delivery and installation. Savita and Jess saw my vision from the get go and completely elevated the beautiful renovation we had recently completed. I have never been happier to come home.

I walked in not thinking I was going to buy a couch and Raz found the perfect couch and gave me an offer I couldn’t refuse!The delivery team - Mohammad and Miracle - thank you so much, timely updates for delivery and they very kindly helped get my old couch out!

The range is top class, so are the prices. There were some good deals. But the best of all were the staff who are very helpful. They went far and beyond today during our shopping. Thank you.

Great place for browsing and selecting all sorts of home renovation and building options for toilets, taps, tiles, benchtop stones, furniture, stoves, ovens, refrigerators, TVs and many more.

WARNING! Do not step foot inside this store. If you have any problem with your products or intend to use the warranty, their whole narrative is to lie and deceive in the hope you will believe them or not follow up your consumer rights. They will tell you the 'manufacturer' is not honouring your warranty as a way to avoid responsibility or blame you for the faulty furniture. When I called the manufacturer they had never received any such information or communication regarding our furniture. Long story short, we had our day in court in which we was awarded fully in our favour for the substandard furniture and even then, the franchisee ignored the courts. It wasn't until we could wind up his company that he finally paid! I'm sorry for any future customers that I couldn't wind up this company as they shouldn't be allowed to serve the public in this way. Domayne is owned by Harvey Norman who were formally made aware of this systemic behaviour and did nothing to address it. Hang your head in shame Harvey Norman for endorsing a franchisee with this history to continue to operate in this manner. This is not just me this has happened too. If you go through older reviews you can see this is a regular practice by this business that's been happening for a long time.

Zac was super helpful and helped us find a mattress and bed frame for our new place. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions to find us the right fit.The store has such a huge variety of furniture and plenty of parking available.

I have experienced terrible customer service at domayne Alexandria. I recently purchased a sofa at this store and the sales staff Nicole blatantly lied about delivery time frames just to get the sale. She said that they had local suppliers and she “guaranteed” that the sofa would be ready within 2-3 weeks. 3 weeks later I was told by the manager Jason that it’s “impossible” she would ever have given that time frame and it would take at least 2 months. However I had 3 friends who witnessed her guarantee this at least 6 times as I was very conscious of the time frame. I asked for my $500 deposit back given they said their suppliers had been on holidays and therefore the sofa had not even started to be made but they refused and were extremely rude and unapologetic over the phone. Eventually they provided a credit voucher for my deposit but I was not satisfied at all with the staff response. My experience with Jason and Nicole was terrible and I would recommend that nobody shop at this store. I have since read many other comments about staff lying about time frames and certainly would not trust any information provided by the sales staff.

I recently purchased a IMG Nordic 25 Chair from Domayne Alexandria and I am extremely happy with their service. They offered a very competitive price for the chair that I had been eyeing for a long time. The staffs (Rita and Jason) were very helpful and I had a pleasant purchase experience. I would highly recommend Domayne Alexandria to anyone looking for high-quality furniture and excellent service.
