Very disappointed with their professionalism and attitude. Did not contact same-day as promised, arrived 50 minutes after arranged time without apology or explanation. General rudeness from 2 of 3 employees that we interacted with. Do NOT recommend.

Quick to answer the phone and offered helpful advice after I explained the problem. Set up time for repairman to come Tuesday (rang late Friday so perfectly acceptable wait time) and he arrived on time. He was friendly, efficient, and quickly fixed our 23 year old oven.
