Very slap dash job done on my nails. No effort made to ask me what I wanted. Nail polish not all the way to the edges of the nails and you can see the layers. I asked her to fix one of the nails that had a hole of polish where it must have been bumped (unsure if by me or her) and she made a big deal of it being my fault and then filled the hole with a big glob of nail polish that was a lot darker than the coat already on as the colour was nude. I had to strongly insist she take it off and start again. The finished product is fine but I won’t be returning as there are plenty of other places to go.

Very bad technics and bad hygiene.The pedicure was painful she used very harsh brushes. Nails not even at the same high and color not put properly.Bad job and very over price.

I have been there twice now.-I have seen them use the same files and equipment for every person without cleaning them or getting new ones which is disgusting.- when I went there today the girl was coughing a lot with no mask or not covering her mouth when she coughs.- only two staff working and kept telling people to come and making them wait instead of to come back later- very rough, cut me a few times while filing my nails and made my nails very sore and sensitive which they blamed me for when they were the ones who filled them too much.- very rude to me when I first got there no hello.- couldn’t see any price list when arrivalI will not be coming back there

The workers here are so rude and abrupt. She left me half way, to go and tint the eyelashes of two other customers. They are in a hurry to get you out and not approachable. When removing acrylic, it went all over my clothing. The hand liquid was watered down. There are many salons out there and this one was the worst I have been to.

Took my step daughters there for a manicure and a pedicure girls day. One of my step daughters wanted some nail art and we were told they were too busy for that which was ok but disappointing. The girls were waiting for 45 minutes with their feet in water before anyone came near them. We decided to only have their feet done thinking this would make the experience a little quicker however it just took longer!! As they are children adults who walked in were given priority (served first) and the poor girls were just sitting there waiting and watching this happen. It should have been a quick process maybe 1 hour for toes however we were there for 2.5 hours which was ridiculous!! Their nails weren’t even painted more than once and I was charged $60!!! Was an absolute joke. I used to be a happy customer but I would never ever go back!!!

I Had an average pedicure here . My toddler was a bit upset and wanted her nails painted so the lady quickly painted her nails . It literally took 30 seconds . They then charged me $20 for my daughters nails .. I was gobsmacked . Won’t be going back .

I went here to get a gel manicure as I had finally grown out my nails long enough to want to show off the natural length. As she was filing she filed every nail down very short without even consulting me first about the length I wanted. I had ONE very short nail I was growing out and she cut them all off to that length. I was shocked when she did that. She also aggressively clipped all the skin around the nail with clippers that still had left over skin on them. I stopped there because there was no point of having it done anymore since all the length was gone. They still charged me $25 for the buffing and filing. I wanted to treat myself that day but will stick to doing my own nails at home. The nail tech was also very rude in projecting her idea of what good nails look like. I had my nails last week at my local and they did exactly what I wanted. Never again and a rip off. Don’t waste your money.

Would give this business less than one star if I could. Had an SNS manicure here, lasted less than a week and the technician refused to put a tip on a shorter nail when I requested it. You could see spots within the powder where it hadn’t been done properly and was cracked, chipped and lifting within days (other places last 2 weeks and beyond). Such shoddy service and is definitely overpriced.Also claimed the EFTPOS machine was out of order and that everyone needed to pay cash but was clearly working to look at the terminal. Would not only NOT recommend but warn people off going to this place. Very disappointing.

This business is run by crooks! Henry the guy is extremely aggressive when handling nails, kept trying to add on extra $5 for a shape? Why am I paying $60 for SNS and extra $5 for the shape? The nails lookFell off 2 days later. Cheap service don’t waste your money. Scammers.
