Unfortunately the only good thing about the visit was the friendly lady that welcomed me at the reception. Otherwise, the service was very poor and not worth the trip to town. Best do your own accounting because you know you will get the job done right. It was non caring and I was treated like a number. Didn't get a hello on arrival and it was all down hill from there. Wasted 20 minute drive there for a scheduled appointment that only went for two minutes and could have been done over the phone. I needed an accountant but they were not willing to take on new clients. From the stories I have heard, I am not the only one with a negative experience here. Dont waste your time, someone else will provide better service.

Have waited 2 months for a tax return to be done only to find it hadn't even been started!!! Absolutely ridiculous definitely would not recommend!
