I engaged GFA to build a Granny Flat on an accessible, relatively flat, investment site in western Sydney during the 2020 pandemic. The process started in June and it was seamlessly completed in November as per their schedule, without disruption. Excavation started in mid August without tenants in the main house and hand over of a brick veneer home, was approximately mid November. As with the electricity, I also later chose to separate the water for both homes. Post their construction, I did additional driveway construction, landscaping & fencing etc. They are a premium company who delivered a quality building project as per their mission statement. Their staff were cooperative, friendly and they have the long term experience in their team to provide you with a pleasing outcome. The house is rented out now for $ 350/ week. My wife's father was a builder and she gave GFA the tick of approval. Thank you GFA.

The whole team is extremely professional and genuine.Having Michael as the project manger was fantastic. He did an amazing job. Always patient and went above & beyond with all the extra asks that we had.We are extremely impressed with the quality of the build and finishes, not to mention it all went smoothly with absolutely no issues with the team. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.I highly recommend them and would use them again without any hesitation!

(EXCELLENT Company) I just had my granny flat & studio built by this company. I won't mention names but i highly highly recommend utilising granny flats australia for building your granny flat. Quality of finish is remarkable, the trades are so proffessional. Customer service from beginning to end from the office staff and project manager is excellent. They handled the entire process from A-Z for me. I got my quote at the begining, paid the stage 1 deposit, they were honest and upfront about everything especially site costs. They were the only company that included the Drop Edge Beam costs and soil removal, 1.8m deep piers and alot of free upgrades and inclusions. I got alot of other cheaper nasty quotes but fortuantely i am a builder and could see straight through those other quotes and all the missing inclusions. The quote i got from Granny Flats Australia was detailed, was specific to my property with pictures, maps etc.. the other companies quotes were just generic and no one spent time on the quote, GFA did. Recommendation to everyone reading this, take your time, use a qualified builder like them, i had an excellent experience, my Granny Flat & Studio are perfect, i highly recommend you now and am so glad i trusted my gut intuition, fair trade australia recommended to use your company when i asked them and i'm so glad i did. The whole process from design to construction was smooth and professional. The owner and his team are very nice and trustworthy people that work diligently and meet their deadlines. I had the best experience of my life with Granny Flat Australia. I had such a pleasant and positive experience from the start to the finish of my granny flat with the team. Cid the owner, the reception staffs, the Project Manager Michael were so nice, helpful and professional at all times. Cid and Michael were always prompt to reply any inquiries I ever had in a honest and trustworthy way. I also cannot talk highly enough about Michael as he organized the landscaper for me and he would pick up the phone any time with any of my inquiries and would go beyond to help me throughout. I am now in a process to build 2nd granny flat with these people. I need to build the house as well.. I wish they would take the contract for the house as well.
