We required carpet & installation in preparation for the sale of our home before relocating interstate. Our point of contact was Les. Les was very helpful in selecting the right carpet for our home. As we had a time-sensitive deadline, Les was able to secure a carpet layer to do the install over 2 public holidays! The customer service from both Les & Ryan was outstanding! We were under pressure to get our house finished and had to squeeze the carpet laying in somewhere. Elliot said he would make it happen and he did. Carpet was laid, no hassles, great job, great pricing, excellent 'Can Do' service. What more do you want?

Had a home re carpeted by choices.Installers left a mess.Poorly fitted in WIRs and the carpet in the lounge room has some sort of defect (colour shading)Would not recommend.

Great service. Mikayla did an excellent job in helping me choose my colors. I was very indecisive and found her knowledge immeasurable. The guy who layed my new flooring was friendly and very careful in moving the furniture around as I had just had the place painted. Couldn't fault him. Would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Staff were very friendly and knew their product when I went instore.However there’s been some communication over a piece of skirting that got damaged from the man who installed the flooring. I saw the tools he used and how he used them. He was using a hammer and a chisel looking tool to get under the skirting to get the flooring underneath. After I explained this, they washed their hands, saying that he doesn’t remember the incident and that the damage doesn’t make sense.He did a quick and alright job, however receiving staggered inconsistent communication and not being customer focused in this issue which I brought up months ago leaves quite a bad taste to the mouth.
