Professional and well maintained office spaces and a great Cafe 8 grains.. love it

I book meeting spaces at United Co. semi-regularly for work, my team and I have loved being able to meet there. The rooms are well appointed and tastefully decorated, the staff are all wonderful to work with and the onsite cafe and catering are delicious, making it a fantastically well-integrated option.Pricing is not inexpensive but comparable to CBD room hire. I do think the facilities are nicer and better than other locations I have previously hired: integrated video conferencing is available from quite a few of their rooms and has worked perfectly for us, which I can't say for every venue I've been at.I would highly recommend United Co. to anyone who is seeking a premium, highly professional room hire option for their next meeting or gathering.

I moved into United Co a few months ago after being at a WeWork for a many years. United Co has a wonderful calm vibe about it which is a combination of the environment (lots of wood, natural light, exposed brick, great furniture etc. ) and the attitude of the everyone here. Perhaps it is the post covid period, but the there is much less of a hustle culture feel that being in a big building in the city. The facilities are amazing, awesome coffee and a great fully equipped gym with showers etc. It is a pleasure to work here and I look forward to coming in each day. Highly recommend it for co-working or office space.

6 Star environment as said, the perfect place to rent for your clients meetings. I have worked with the fantastic team at UnitedCo for a while now and found out that they have not only the most beautiful space, great location, where you’re at 10 minutes by tram from the CDB, but also the exquisite crew behind it all makes your experience absolutely fantastic, the cafe next door is also excellent.

I took a tour of about 10 different coworking spaces and chose United co. It's really 5 stars in terms of the location, the actual working space and the staff. So as soon as you enter into its beautiful building you get so much energy to start your day. If you feel tired in the middle of the day, you can go and have a coffee in its beautiful cafe or go and have a short walk on the historic Smith Street. The staff from the reception to sales and the management team are super friendly and supportive. I haven't had a single issue here even though I had some uncommon requirements from United Co due to the nature of my business. Can't recommend them enough.

We held a work event at United Co in November 22, and it was a roaring success. Laura and her team were on the ball and considered, helping us out with any queries and making some really useful suggestions.The event space is a standout, with the huge screen and warehouse feel leaving a great impression on our guests.

We've been loving working at United Co in Fitzroy. The space has been designed specifically for flexible and multi-use spaces. As a small non-profit with a culture of flexible work, we can't imagine anything better.

I have been working here for a little while now and as an interior designer, I appreciate the attention to detail of the fit-out at United Co., and the care in the maintenance of the spaces as well as the attentiveness of staff. It has been nice to meet a few new people at the events the team organizes. I enjoy the many break-out spaces and the general vibe in the building.

With modern design and friendly staff and so many amenities available I will never think about working from home.
