John is greatly knowledgeable. He assisted with a general pest treatment, laid some rodent traps around the premises, and also taught me preventative measures to keep pests away. I have used other companies in the past, and Xtermin8er has been the clear winner by far! Thanks John!

John is always super friendly and does an amazingly thorough job! This is our one year termite inspection and pest control, when John first came we had a massive ant infestation he was understanding with all of my concerns and a year later still pest and ant free! We would recommend him to anyone, as an added bonus he is great with your animals and they don’t need to be removed from the property for treatment.

Thank you John for treating our home inch by inch.As a busy mum with pets, we’ve used John two years in a row to safely treat home.Although John’s prices are on the higher end, the value that he delivers is second to none - this means: on our property which is 800sq2 (two story), John has spent 3hours ensuring every inch of land is treated, He uses safe quality products, he does a powder treatment to roof voids and wall cavities, gel treatment to wet areas, crack and crevices throughout for control of internal Spiders and silver fish, skirting boards and then a fence line in external spray! Additionally I have also asked John to apply a rodent treatment.We’ve used other companies before and none of them have spent the time or care to get rid of our ant infestation.If you’re looking for someone who is going to get the job done (like really done), we highly recommend John! He is the real deal!

I am glad to find John. When I contacted him, he explained what he would be doing to my house. On the actual day, he helps to take care of my pet and is very professional in his job.After the work, he issued a pest certificate that I never had in the past from my previous pest control. The certificate details what he has used for the pest control. The next day, i can see some dead insects. Good jobs! I will highly recommend John.

Great pest control service! Highly recommend John. Very professional and great at responding quickly. Pest control solution used was nontoxic, which is great for my young family! We have an old-style house with lots of gaps and John has done a great job keeping the pests out!
