We had already purchased our next home and needed to arrange some sizable improvements to our current home in order to urgently prepare it for sale via auction. We explored alternative providers but they all had too long a lead time for works to commence. FixSellPay were able to commence work at short notice after contracts were signed. Our works included new dining floor tiles, full interior painting (doors, trims, ceilings 2 coats, including a colour scheme change), new paving to our outdoor entertaining area, a brand new side fence, a new gas heating unit install and new carpets throughout. The quality of all works was excellent, no defects identified and all the work was completed in under 2 weeks and in line with our very tight schedule. What's more, all FixSellTeam members from Jamie as project lead (top bloke), to Brittney on the support desk who was always friendly and reliable, to Sarah the painter with her positive energy and hard work ethic, all felt like family members helping us on the journey in our time of need. Professional tradies completely transformed my house, they did not get a permit for restumping. Then wanted to charge me for an engineer to get the necessary permit. Administration side really slack with dates etc. Also their sub contractors Licences are not checked and up to date.

I used Fix Sell Pay to get my house ready for auction. I found the tradies of the highest quality, the communication between the project manager and myself excellent and everyone was so helpful. The end result was amazing my place looks like new. I totally recommend it and a great way to go about it if your thinking of renovating before selling.

Having worked with David Mason from Fix Sell Pay for the very first time, I would have to say that I am very impressed.
