Worst customer service ever. First of all, it is extremely difficult to get an appointment online, but I made an appointment a month in advance. My appointment got cancelled on the day by results laser clinic and when I called Katherine was so unprofessional and didn't even try to understand my situation that I can't reschedule. I have never met such an unprofessional worker. After being a regular customer for such a long time, I am so disappointed.

Amazing results….highly recommended I done so many laser sessions with Chantel She is very amazing girl as last time i just little bit late to my appointment but she done very well with her patients . am really happy with her service and highly recommend her.

If i could give these scam artists a ZERO I WOULD. First laser session took no longer than 3 zaps and saying session complete.Manager however did apologise and we returned a fews weeks later and a standard laser session was completed.The staff were RUDE and ABRUPT towards us. I HAVE NEVER been treated so rudely by anyone like this before.We felt uncomfortable so we took a period of time off as we felt extremely insecure about returning. We had purchased a package and spent alot of money and our aim was to return however let time pass.Not long after Covid happened & when everything reopened I called the Manager and explained due to pregnancy I will have to wait to finish my already paid for laser. She said “this wasn’t a problem at all, I’ve put everything in your notes.”I wanted to rebook sessions after I had my baby and they said no due to package expiring this wasn’t possible. You’ve lost your money you paid unfortunately. Completely different information to what I was told. The Manager had previously said you can resume sessions after you have your baby.I paid well over $400 and have been completely scammed by this company. I should have trusted my instincts and went against my better judgment and ignored the EXTREMELY NEGATIVE REVIEWS ONLINE.Please read reviews carefully before choosing to put your trust and hard earned money towards these scammers.

Terrible service and not professionalThey send you a cancellation message on last minute to reschedule. And they always do that.Whenever you will tell them you can’t reschedule then they will give you alternative time when you can’t even join. They offered me 2:45 although I work until 3 pm and I can’t take leave for my laser.And I believe , this is the way they make money. It change your cycle when you do not do your laser on time and goes back to same situation where you were before.So initially it’s really hamper the whole process and you will see no improvement on you if you do not do it on time.I am highly disappointed and request everyone to change the Results Clinic and go somewhere else for your service if you want to get benefited through your laser.Thanks

I’ve had 4 treatments so far at the Werribee clinic and cannot recommend Katherine highly enough, from the moment I made the booking, to the treatment itself, I’ve always been made to feel extremely comfortable and well looked after from start to finish.Nothing is ever too much to ask, and Katherine is always accommodating of every request or query.Not to mention the results, 10/10 recommend the Werribee clinic and their staff!

This isn't towards the girls behind results laser clinic, but more so how the company itself manages pre paid packages. I had pre paid a package in 2020 and was unable to use it for 2 years due to the Pandemic and the shop not being opened. I had gone in, early 2022, to use my credit but was unaware it had expired in the system, so I paid in full for my treatment as the staff didn't have access to extend my credit. Calling head office, the lady I spoke to extended my credit and from there I was unable to book in appointments due to how busy they were. I then fell pregnant and was unable to get any further laser treatment. They will not honour an extension of my credit that I have been purely unable to use.

I’ve been with them for two years and there is always an issue, either the bed is not clean, they leave patches of hair or the last one they did was that they said my appointment was paid (I paid a pack of 10) but then when I went they mistook and had to charge me. They also charged me double because now they didn’t have the offer I firstly paid for, never coming back…

I won't be going to this clinic anymore. I got burnt x2 after getting Lazer done on my upper lip.it was the quickest in out service with the upper lip and I feel like they didn't target every area literally 3 zaps every time. I had 10 sessions and my upper lip is still growing a lot of hair. I will post my before and afters.

This clinic is the best clinic I have ever went to from customer service to results to the hygiene. I am so happy with my results and can not thank them enough. I would like to give a special special thank you to Katherine at results laser clinic Werribee Plaza she is so kind so nice and makes me so comfortable. SHE IS THE BEST!!!!!

It was amazing. I done my face hair removal with Katherine. She is very nice. I really happy with her service and highly recommend her.
