Really disappointed. dropped a ring off for resizing. I was told it would be ready on Wednesday, which was then delayed to friday and then again to the following monday due to delivery issues

very friendly staff and courteous. The saleswoman was very helpful and patient. Here you will find many things the heart of a woman desires. The shop is located in the shopping mall and is easy for wheelchair users to enter. Parking is right outside the door.

I will never used a Wallace bishop again. Went in today to try return a watch we bought not even 24 hours before and we found out quickly that they are happy to take your money and not refund it. It was one of the most humiliating experiences I’ve dealt with as a customer with the staff being incredibly rude to me and my girlfriend. Buying from other jewellery shops I have had no issues with refunds of unwanted gifts and I will be sure never to buy from here again. Buyers be warned if you are thinking of buying a gift that might need a refund DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

Not happy with my Tag Heuer service.Sent my watch in to get time adjusted and when they called me they said my battery needs replacing (even though the watch battery was still working fine) and they said it had failed the pressure test and is leaking water.They told me the crown tube is bent and needs to be replaced to stop moisture getting in the watch.They quoted me somewhere around $600.I refused to get this done and asked for my watch back as clearly they couldn’t follow simple instructions of wanting my time adjusted.I decided to go direct to Tag Heuer in Pacific Fair the other day (about 5 months after this) and asked to get my watch serviced because the battery was now dead. All up it cost me $149 for new battery and service. They never once said that the crown wheel was bent and that it was leaking water.Will not be using Wallace Bishop for anything again after this experience.

Seriously be careful, the jewellery is extremely expensive in comparison to the other jewellery stores and poor quality. Customer service line provided do not listen, are unhelpful and very confrontational.

I want to say how impressed I am with Customer service I received from Kayla at Wallace Bishop Loganholme. What I appreciated was she took the time to check and answered questions I ask about the products I wanted. She made the whole exchange process and buying so easy, and she was so lovely to speak too.  Beforehand, I went to other Wallace bishop shop down south. The customer service I experienced was totally different hence I decided to also repair my jewellery on Wallace Bishop Loganholme. In saying that, all the staff that work there are very lovely to deal with and with the human element into the business and it meant a lot for me as a customer. And the selection of products is precisely what I was looking for and more! Thank you.
