I Recently had the pleasure (for the second time) of being served by Mandy. On both occasions Mandy offered advice on style and choices for jewellery for my partner, in both instances she was spot on the money, l didnt need to look any further. Her knowledge, professionalism and personality are refreshing, a genuine pleasure without any pressure. Highly stylish Mandy is a godsend for the bumbling bloke with no idea or style. Very lovely staff.Went in to ask about their Seiko watch range, which was very extensive! The staff member I spoke with took the time to show me the full range and was very informed on Seiko watches.

Went in there this week to purchase a jewellery gift. 4 girls...not one acknowledged me at all. 2 were busy having a chat and laughing.Other 2 just standing around. I was the only customer in the shop.Obviously didn't want my money or a sale so went else where.
