Greencross Vets South Tamworth
I have been taking my animals to Greencross since I moved to Tamworth a year ago. They are not cheap, that said, they are absolutely worth every cent. My dog became really unwell suddenly, they fitted him in and were just so kind and caring. They also have visiting hours, something I have never seen before and they thanked me for visiting my dog. So grateful to vet Libby and the wonderful staff at Greencross.

The team here at South Tamworth Animal hospital are amazing to say the least. Dr Ryan and Dr Peter have done amazing work putting in an artificial ligament for our dog who severed his. They are always so welcoming and helpful with any questions we have. Could not recommend them enough. We are more than happy to do the 15 hour round trip to see them.

Treatment of my pet was great. Unfortunately the customer service experience was less than desirable. I experienced presumptuous condescension on the part of the female staff there, including the vet. Naturally I take offence.It would of been nice to have received the genuine courtesy and respect I offered, but unfortunately presumptuous personal prejudice and judgment and a lack of professionalism on the part of the ladies was the experience. Must be a Tamworth thing? If only you treated people with the same dignity afforded the animals you make a living from.I'll reconsider taking the pets under my care into them unless I absolutely must.

The kindness, compassion, regular and honest communication I received about my beloved pet, far exceeded my expectations. The practice is a little out of town for some perhaps, but they are so incredibly thorough and accurate in their examinations; that they are well worth the extra 10 minutes.
