Very very disappointed!!Tristan from Public Image Electrical has the contract to do all the opening motors for PATIOLAND Blacktown, the only compatible motors are the motors that Tristan sells and instal.Tristan sold me and install“a good quality LINAK motor, more expensive but better quality from Denmark 2 years warranty “at the time I need 2 $1300.Fast ford 2 1/2 years, 1 of the motors has stopped working.!!After Tristan expected the motor, there is water inside the casing, Tritan did the the installation, the motor unit is/was not damaged in anyway. But Tristan said it’s six months out of warranty not his fault nothing he can do!!It's just not good enough!!“nothing he could do!!!All he won't to do was sell me a new motor.After showing my complete disappointment and being upset about the cost of running the opening roof,Tristan Offered me a new motor for $850 less his installation costs. For the same brand motor .I don’t know anyone that can afford to replace a motor to one part of an opening for just over two years of use at $425.Very very disappointed!!!very very disappointed
