Extremely professional team. John Vytrhlik managed our investment property for 9 years and then its recent sale. John is an excellent communicator and provided regular and detailed updates on progress. From the outset we were very comfortable and confident with John's marketing and sales strategy in a very difficult economic climate and which has resulted in a quick sale and price exceeding expectations. John Vytrhlik guided us through the sale of our apartment, offering us advice on the best strategy to pursue while demonstrating excellent understanding of the market. He provided us with regular updates and feedback, keeping us informed on the progress of the sale process. His follow-up with prospective buyers secured us a final price that we are very happy with, especially considering the current difficult market with rising interest rates. John has been very professional at all times and we have no hesitation in recommending him.

We experienced a terrible renting service from this agency, kind of hardship. I would like with good heart to warn everyone that do not enter a deal with this agency. Unfortunately, Google does not let any zero or negative stars. They are just fooling the tenants with misleading information about the property and non-stop dodging.Since the day one of our tenancy, there have been multiple hassles and breaches of lease agreement. Immediately after signing the lease agreement, John as our property manager started to show misbehaviour to us and send frequent notices for maintenance and repairs. He constantly asked for fixing the issues with some of property’s facilities including two aircon systems, water supply, plumbing, electricity, and etc, which were listed in the advertisement and presented as being functional and working properly at the time of our inspection. On the contrary to the advertisement, the property was not ready and some vital inclusions such as electricity board and meters, and plumbing system needed to be fixed. Both air conditioners had electrical supply problems and were unusable.The continuous job requests for the property and asking for arrangement with tradespersons finally ended in breaking our privacy by entering the house without any notice in advance. Consequently, when we emailed and called John, he did not even bother himself to listen to our complaint, and just responded to us with a very rude manner, ignoring, dodging, and insisting on their unlawful behavior and taking side of the landlord. The allocated technicians to fix these issues were disorganized and cancelled or changed the previous arrangements several times, and in all the times, John just extended the agency’s and owner’s responsibility to us, and screwed our living experience by several calls and emails.It is while we pay almost 5000 per month for a rental property in which the bathroom doesn’t even have an exhaust fan and every single time, after taking a shower, we needed to dry the soaked bathroom’s floor.Be very cautious about this agency, if you don’t want to repeat and duplicate all the frustrating, time-consuming, and highly expensive moving the house and relocating process including removalist arrangement and cleaning in a short period of time.

Jordan Spiegel has been our agent for over 6 years and he has been reliable and professional and as such we have recommended Jordan to our fiends and family members. He always touches basis either via or e-mail about any services/maintenance requests by our tenants and conducts regular inspections of our properties. Becareful with agent name Martin , cause he give a good promises but its all lie , u will get any trouble in the future , please be aware with the guys name Martin. so unprofessional agent i have ever deal with. they will do everything for u to lease the apartment . be aware

John has been my property manager for many years now. He is highly experienced and very professional. Just recently he assisted with an insurance claim and renovation. Did a brilliant job.
