Greg was really great to deal with from start to finish. Very quick to quote the job and get started. He went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I wanted and needed. He walked me through everything I needed to know and answered all the questions I had. He was very polite and professional and left very tidy work. Greg came out to give my mum a free quote today on replacing her main airconditioner in the lounge room. It's a tricky installation as it was installed when the house was built 28yrs ago.She has had 2 other quotes in the last 2weeks, an greg is the first person to ask if anyone had actually had a look at the old unit to see if they can get it going in the meantime. Well 10 minutes later he had the old unit up an running. It was a capacitor. He fully explained what it actually did an showed us the blown one.He was also the only person to explain about the delay in getting certain quality brands at this present time with shipment issues. An explained Mitsubishi elctric an mitsubishi heavey industries are 2 different brands.Mum said he was the tallest of the all people to come out an he actually got up in the roof an seen where the pipes where going.Safe to say we were more then happy with Greg's professionalism, the fact he actually looked at it and got the old unit going, an his straight up honesty. Even little things explaining like to go with a quality brand an knew sizing of different units so that there will be no painting.He explained everything to mum, an myself. He gave us a quote on the spot that we were more then happy with. We cant wait to have him install our 8kw new Mitsubishi electric when stock arrives sometime next month.
