I went to the blacktown bevilles store to exchange an earring that was broken upon its arrival, Angela the store manager was very helpful and assisted me with everything. I experienced amazing customer service from Angela, she was very knowledgeable and friendly.I am extremely happy with the outcome and highly recommend coming here.

My mum and I went to exchange a watch I had bought for my dad a day ago and return it for a more expensive one (we were not after a refund). The old lady that served us was very impolite and had a horrific attitude.After we went to check out she kept reminding us about nonsense information and unnecessary policies. She also didn’t know how to use any of the technology and kept asking others for help. After I paid she told me I it didn’t go through although I even showed her my bank transaction. And then she refused to give a bag To carry my item. Overall I am very displeased with the customer service and will very unlikely ever shop from here again!

Spoke with Rosa, she was the sweetest lady ever! Helped me pick my engagement ring, she was the best help ever. Can’t emphasise how great of a help she was, best sales person I’ve ever met!

I visited Bevilles Blacktown today. I had bought a jewellery 2 weeks ago which had issues. Eileen attended me at the store, she went over & beyond to resolve my issue and ensured that I leave store as a satisfied customer. I have known Eileen for a while and keep going back to this store only because of Eileen’s great customer service. Bevilles Blacktown is lucky to have her!! I would like to recommend though to Bevilles to consider replacing jewellery box, which is the cause of lot of isuues.

I do not normally write reviews, however, I write this with the hope that it will help someone to avoid a terrible experience. I would give 0 stars if I could. My partner bought me a necklace with a pendant. This chain ended up snapping, and I took it in to be repaired (thinking Bevilles would do the best job as it is their jewellery). When I got the chain back, I noticed it was 55cm. This is 10cm longer than its original 45cm length. I queried this, and Bevilles said there would be a $40 charge to fix the length even though it was their mistake. They said that they did not do anything wrong, and that it had just stretched over time, or I had swapped the chain. Neither of these are true because: a) it was 45cm when I brought it in so it could not have stretched 10cm in the week it was being repaired, and the links would have been visibly stretched b). I could not have swapped the chain without purposely ripping it as the pendant cannot be taken off. There were a lot of lengthy back and forth conversations on the phone, and they even called my partner (even though I had taken the repair in). I really had to stand my ground and affirm that I had not done anything with the chain - the fact that they would suggest I tampered with it was very unprofessional. What I suspect happened was that the chain was swapped, and the Bevilles' jeweller thought I would not notice. I strongly advise everyone to avoid Bevilles. And, if you already have jewellery from there, do not get it repaired there.

I bought a watch there last week as mine had broken. The girls who helped me (I forgot her name) was just amazing. She was so helpful the entire way through. I'll definitely be coming back again soon !

Eileen in blacktown store is amazing and one of the best sales person I have ever had. Please come and see her.Eileen takes sales out of customer service in retail. She took me and my wife back to our old fashioned high quality customer service, she exudes of warmth, friendly and genuine demeanour.It's a job well done leaving customers feeling satisfied, relaxed and well looked after.. Hubby and I were served by the loveliest lady named Kathy.She was very polite, saved my bum for mothers day and was very helpful. She had a really great sense of humour in regards of myself boxing up my own items, we made jokes but she was quite busy and I had quite a few items so I didn't mind.I'd definitely shop there again for my jewelry needs

I'd like to say that Eileen is an exceptional employee who has the ability to assist the clients with their purchase any time she is on premises. Beautiful products with excellent service. Eileen has won a customer again
