Foul. This place was disgusting. From bad service, to getting orders wrong, and even having HAIR, that's right, HAIR, baked into the bread. Will NEVER be eating here, and potentially subway, again.

OMG drive straight past this store, we love Subway however this store is the pits. Zero management skills on board and the poor staff seem to have no training at all.We ended up getting more food elsewhere and throwing Subway which is a first.

Disgusting experience!! Poor customer service. Dirty floors, benches, big black of rubbish where they were serving.Plenty of staff and it looks like nothing gets done.Dirty shop! Horrible service

We were served by a very polite and conscientious young lady yesterday. Sorry didn’t get her name. When we asked for a gluten free wrap and she even asked if we wanted her to change her gloves to make it. Obviously someone who understands the issues with cross contamination. Well done!

Service from the young attendant was great. Ordered the $9.95 special with drink. Only thing I had extra was 2 eggs. When it came to paying the woman in charge wanted $ 17.+. I complained pointing to the add on the door, she changed it to $15.45 fairly steep just for an extra 2 eggs. I feel I was over charged. I'm not inclined to go back when next in town at the hospital. I will be checking at my local subway in Inverell to see what they charge.

I have recently started going to Subway south due to bad experiences at the subway in the plaza, and Coffs central. This Subway was immaculate and the customer surface was impeccable. I would highly recommend visiting this subway over the other 2 in Coffs.
