Unfriendly stuff, unprofessional customer service/behaviour and inefficient.I brought my car to Motorfix Mechanic to get a comprehensive vehicle inspection done (reason: I want to sell my car).Unfortunately, the customer service was very bad. One of the two mechanic guys was unfriendly right from the beginning. After getting the information, the inspection will last for 2-3h, I went in again to leave my mobile number. At this point in time the unfriendly guy grumbled to his colleague (who gave me a pen and paper) he is the seller". This is very unprofessional as the result of the inspection should be the same

Took my BMW to motorfix after taking to x3 prior mechanics who charged over $1200 and didn't fix the issue.Motorfix found the issue and charged $440 in total.Great customer service and would highly recommend them.

I had my 2017 Chrysler SRT in for a vibration check, Sammy went over and beyond to ensure he checked the whole car over and road tested the vehicle also. I asked for a detailed report and they provided exactly what I was after. Highly recommend the guys at Motorfix.

These guys give false RACV reports. They reported front and rear discs as undersized. Checked with another actual mechanic and both front and rear discs were 2mm oversized. Stay well always from these clowns
