I have been having my vehicles serviced there for about 8 years. It's always been an easy experience. Great experienced mechanics leading the team. I always trusted what they suggested needed doing which isn't always easy when you're female. Thank you for keeping my vehicles in good running condition. It'll be hard for me to find such a terrific team where I'm moving to.

My car had major noise on the sunshine motorway which sounded like it was coming from the rear dif. I live in Brisbane and I had to get my car towed to Sunstate where they were happy for me to leave the car there as I needed to travel back to Brisbane for work. They found the issue which ended up being a rear axle bearing and fix the issue the next day. The staff there are super nice and honest. Very happy with my experience.

The boys got my car in after I had terrible experiences for other mechanics, and as soon as possible as my problem was seriously major. The boys not only did it fast but the price was amazing and I was without my car for over 24 hours… so extremely impressed and extremely professional!Would tell all my friends about these guys! I’m incredibly happy!!

I recently had my differential rebuilt by this shop, and while the work on the differential itself seems to be good, I have to mention that they managed to curb my wheels in the process. As a result, I'm a bit disappointed with the overall experience.On the positive side, the staff was friendly and communicative throughout the repair process. They provided me with regular updates and kept me informed of any issues that arose. The cost of the repair was also reasonable and in line with what I expected.However, I noticed the curb damage on my wheels after picking up my car, and it was clear that the mechanic did not take proper care when handling my vehicle. While the damage is not severe, it's still disappointing to see scratches and scuffs on my brand new wheels.Overall, I would recommend this shop for their expertise in differential repair, but caution customers to keep an eye on their vehicle during the repair process. It's important to ensure that the mechanic handling your car takes care not to damage it in any way, even if it's something as seemingly minor as curbing your wheels.
