It has taken nearly 6 months to get into a property that I purchased. I paid $495 to a group of solicitors in Moe to act on my behalf.1. VCAT Lost/misplaced the application.CAV told me to lodge a complaint.2. Suddenly the VCAT reference number is emailed to us.3. Both the solicitor and I asked if the application could be amended, NO REPLY.4. Today, 4 November 22 I phoned to ask... the guy told me that he clearly didn't work in Registration, had no idea what I was talking about and told me to lodge a complaint.Nobody responds to EMAILS, not even a named person that you write to. When you do get through, like today, he was rude and abrupt. I'll give feedback to the Honourable Minister from CAV that has given me feedback. CAV told me this is one of the longest cases they have seen, it's not at all speeded up because of the poor responses I have received from VCAT.

You guys a joke. I was forced to leave my pregnant wife in the waiting room while she was becoming distressed because of your insane COVID rules. We’re talking about a pregnant lady becoming stressed you guys are an absolute joke. Wish I could a 0.

Currently being arbitrarily detained and all cries for help with my disability are currently being ignored. We are on hour 10 of detainment now. All requests for a lawyer have been denied. All requests for home isolation due to my disability have been denied.I am traumatised, exhausted, and I'm going to be very sick following this ordeal.

I wouldn't even give them a star if I could. Horrible service, employees on the phone are untrained, some barely understanding English, and do not know any important information regarding COVID-19. They just send you on to someone else to get you off the phone quickly, that's if you can get through to them on the phone. Seems like they just read off a script and don't know anything beyond that. Sad that during a pandemic we don't have the highest qualified people for the job. I'm very disappointed in this state and this department.

Do something, do anything. Whilst the house is burning, you can't book a booster despite being reminded that I'm eligible, can't get tested anywhere, there is a shortage of face masks, crazy rapid test kit price gouging and unable to contact the department in any way or form. No response after a week of constant messages. Embarrassingly poor.

Called up to get advice on something when I explained what I needed advice on the male who answered the phone sighed at me was silent and then just redirected me to someone else, there was no emotion or anything. Very rude!

DHS Sent a message I had been to a place where I may have been in contact with Covid so get tested. I spent 2 1/2 hrs in a que got tested. Got a message from DHS thanking me for getting tested. 24hrs later got a message from Melbourne Pathology test was negative, Now have just recieved another notice exactly the same as the first one for the same venue. Seems

If I had an option to give them zero stars I would. I understand the pressure they might be in due to COVID situation but, that doesn't mean other factors are to be ignored. The public can see the lack of management the department has. No one answers the call or reply's to the messages that have been sent for my exemption despite continuously updating them with my negative COVID tests. It has been more than 14days now. What a Joke this has been.
