Paul and Alison are very caring and professional, with a knack for asking insightful questions and making everyone they deal with feel comfortable and at ease.I was also impressed, when attending one of Paul's recent workshops, by the number of practical tips we received on how to give a great presentation and how telling a story is much more effective than simply stating facts.
