I’ve been to see Karyna 4 times now and it’s always such a nice and relaxing experience and she’s absolutely lovely, but this treatment was next level, I walked in feeling flustered from the disappointment of public transport and the week I had to feeling like a complete relaxed, refreshed new person once the experience was over with excellent eyelashes and a relaxed body thanks to Lily who knew exactly where my sore spots were before me. I will also be looking at future treatments with Lily as she was excellent. Great experience, great treatment and lovely energy from both therapist!

If you’re very picky about your eyebrows and want them to radiate elegance - Karyna is the one for you! Really love the individual approach she uses towards her clients and her professionalism yet very friendly personality. Karyna adjusted the process of shaping my eyebrows to ensure they still look thick but tidy by combining waxing and tweezing (not easy to get in Sydney!). We also worked together to make sure the tint looks very natural. Also, the wax she uses is gentle on your skin even if you use retinol so you can keep going on with your day to day skincare routine with no downtime. So far, the best place to get your eyebrows done!!!

Wonderful experience and service. Great customer care and personal approach. I recommend this place to anyone wanting their eyebrows to be done with attention to details, especialy to fans of fluffy and natural eyebrows. I’ll defenetly be coming back!
