The staff were friendly and went the extra mile to help me as I was recently tested positive and couldn't get out to get cough medicine, sore throat gurgling solution and other medical supplies. The pharmacist, Michael and staff Elijah were so courteous as they took my orders over the phone and delivered them to me within half hour.Elijah waited for me to appear at the door and wished me speedy recovery. That made me feel good that my local pharmacy cares for me, especially when I'm down with COVID-19.Thank you TerryWhite Mont Albert for your excellent service and care.

The two pharmacists are not only very knowledgeable on prescriptions and their products, but also very helpful and have great customer service. And I've found their prices surprisingly reasonable. Very impressive.

What a kind and helpful man Michael is! He chased up my antibiotic script at 5.30 on a Friday night and brought it out to me! Fabulous and friendly customer service at Terry White Mont Albert. Coupled with the super slick TW script ordering app....why would I go anywhere else? Super job!

I have been coming to this chemist for 9 years. I have an assortment of medical problems and often need help with my medication. The chemists who work here could not be more helpful. They take the time to make sure you understand the situation and are often proactive in coming forward if they think there is a problem. Very warm and friendly people

Very friendly and approachable staff who genuinely care about their customers needs. A lady by the name of Kieu helped me with what I was looking for and she was so smiley and helpful. I don't usually give out reviews much but I feel this was well deserved. I live a little further away from this chemist but I'm willing to drive here again to buy at this chemist due to the great service received.
