Customer service is very bad. They tell anything to sell the product. when there is fault, they reluctant to listen or address the issue. I had worst experience, they refused to fix the stitching fault with bag.

Please don’t get cheated, by shopping at this store. The quality of bags sold here, is worse. When the staff sold the product to me, she said the product is covered by warranty, so she will be able to straight away replace it if anything happens during warranty period. And just within 1 use, outer shell of the suitcase has broken. When I called in the store, the staff is not even ready to listen to my complaint. I would suggest to buy bag from a market, rather than from this store as am sure that products sold in a market has better quality than this store.Staff name: Emily EBrand name of suitcase: The Australian Luggage Co

Please think twice when you want to buy products in this store, the ten-year warranty may not have a day. After the problem with the combination lock of the box, the store suggested that I buy a padlock instead, and did not solve it because they have never encountered this problem, and did not think it was a problem with the box. The problem that has not been encountered is the customer's problem? Will never shop at this store again!
