I own a small Hobby Shop in Croydon Victoria and have recently up-dated my Website. To John, Alexander and Kathy, MANY thanks. The Wordpress Website is clean, un-cluttered and easy to navigate. Working on inventory management, adding and subtracting stock at my desktop using the WooCommerce plug-in is a breeze. Simple, easy to understand and actually quite fun. We can now offer overseas shipping and multiple payment systems. It keeps track of the stock (we have thousands of barcodes) and calculates shipping for the customer. FANTASTIC service from Springwood Systems, we can't thank you enough. If we could give you 10 stars we would. Brilliant.

I have been working with John on the installation of a new server at my workplace for the last 2 months and the service has been excellent. Regular phone calls and emails to check in and advise progress status, any little IT issues in the office while he visited are no trouble at all and he has gone above and beyond to get our server up and running. He takes the time to explain IT related subjects that I don't understand and I feel totally at ease that our IT needs are being well looked after. I highly recommend John for any IT requirements!
