Coolum Thai Massage

Made a booking online through their websiteReceived a confirmation email after making the booking confirming date time and price.Turned up and was told they can’t take bookings on the same day even though their website allowed it.Didn’t accomodate me at all and blamed me.Poor business and terrible service and very inconvenient- support other business around the area that actually look after their mistakes.EDIT AFTER RESPONSEHave just checked the email and it’s does say request, but it’s definitely not clear. In addition to this I was told by the person behind the desk that the did see my booking request hours earlier and that they need to change the website (but haven’t) but she neglected to reject my booking.Just change the website please - I don’t have the time on holidays to read websites entire content, if there are Available slots on the site (which there were in abundance) then 99% of people will naturally assume that’s correct. When I booked there was no notification stating you can’t take those available slots, it’s just said you will have a confirmation email soon. So when the email came I checked the date time and price and that was it.If your staff member has seen people have requested a booking, have the decency to call and tell them it’s not available as the website is VERY confusing.Thank you.

Hands down one of the best massages I’ve ever had- the therapist knew where all my pain points were and the pressure was perfect. I’m assuming this place would have 5 stars if it wasn’t for some disgruntled customer with a booking error- shame!

BEST massage place in Coolum. Stayed for a week with extended family for holiday and we all ended up there at some point and returned multiple times! Highly recommend

Had a remedial Thai massage with Ping Pong, I have had hundreds of remedial massages with RMT’s but this was by far the best massage I have had in a very long time. Highly recommend this place. He was very in tune with the pain I was feeling and sorted it out through stretches and massage. 5 ⭐️

I get a lot of massages and this massage really stood out as one of the best I’ve had, phenomenal. she really focused on the areas I said were tight and released all of my knots. I have a lot of muscle mass and for a small lady she managed to create a lot of pressure. As well as releasing my knots it was really relaxing. Very impressed

Trust me! I am very picky when comes to my Thai Massage. Kate is amazing. I have been to the Coolum beach front message place and had a good one so I was abit skeptical to try these guy! I went and had a massage with Kate due to my bloody tight upper back and stiff neck. Kate worked on my muscles knots and she took her time! Bloody good! I will be bringing my partner soon. Would have to say this is the best massage i have ever had. Pong you did an amazing job, my lower back has never felt so good in a very long time. Definitely be coming back.
