False acquisition and poor communication

My mother in law rate Steve highly.

Pros:[1]. 5 out of 5 for lawn mowing. Great work there.Cons:Weeding is quite ordinary.[1]. Quotations are off by 50%. Quoted 4-6hrs, took 7.5hrs. Even during the last bit, said the rest will be done in 45min to 1hr. But took 1.5hrs.[2]. Said gravels will be removed in front yard and spray the chemical and put it back, never happened.[3]. Said everywhere that weeds can be seen, chemicals were sprayed. But can see many places in the concrete blocks where baby weeds emerged, but not sprayed.[4]. Lastly, I was told 4-6hr quote is for weeding everywhere. But weeds in the front and backyard lawn were not removed. Only in the sides and the flower beds.I already had someone else quoting much less than OZMOWBRO. But as I confirmed over the phone with Steve, I wanted to pick them as I want to do it the proper way. E.g. removing gravel and spray. Plus wanted to support a local business.Overall, I'm very happy with lawn mowing but quite dissapointed with the weeding service. Wouldn't recommend OZMOWBRO for weeding.
