Shine your Ride Wollongong

I dropped my car to these guys last Friday and my experiences was dismal, to say the least. For your benefit I would suggest not using this company at all for the reasons listed below:- first and foremost they did a horrible job washing my car, there was more marks and hand prints on it when I picked it up, than when I arrived.- The service is extremely poor, both in employee communication and attitude as well as organisation of cars at the boom gate entrance of the parking lot (which is a receipt for disaster).- Expensive!! Its $20 (+%50) more than I had ever paid for my car to be washed and after all that, they don't even validate your parking ticket.

Vaccume the car and clean the windows, couldn't even do that.

Never take your car to shine your ride in Wollongong central car park.This would have to be the dodgiest set up I have ever come across.Was told the car would be ready in 2 hours, came back in 2 and a half hours. They said the car was ready to go. The car had not been vacuumed & car mats weren’t even in the car. When they were finally produced they had more hair on them than before I took my car to them. I was told they would be able to reinstall our child seat, which was found just sitting on the back seat unattached & the microphone for my Bluetooth on the car stereo which was only installed 2 days ago was unclipped from its bracket & just hanging from a wire.When questioned about all these things I could not get a straight answer & kept getting told to “talk to the other guy”.What kind of service is this?If I could put a Zero star rating I would, but 1 Star is the lowest rating google reviews will allow me to post.

It’s just a mall car wash so my expectations were low. I chose the was that included bug and tar removal as I assumed that anything less would be to cursory. When i got my car back it was of course in dark mall lighting so it looked okay but when I got home and inspected it more closely there were still bugs in the front and there we weird spots that hadn’t been wiped down well on the inside windows. This would have been okay for the base wash but not a more premium in that cost $120.
