Yes Optus Chermside

All we wanted was to upgrade and it took an 1hr of mucking around. Then they had no phones available to try a case we already have to see if it would fit. That is not good customer service. They should have a blank phone available.The. We got a learn which is ok but she kept having to go get help. Such a waste of our day.

I had a Samsung phone that was going round in circles in a reboot loop. My husband went while I was at work and was told only the person registered to the phone could request support. Okay, stressful but yeah I get it. So I go to the shop and was met by a sour faced young man who wasn't interested in helping me at all. I asked for a proof of purchase for a warranty repair at Samsung, which he huffed and puffed about. He eventually relented and printed off the paperwork.I suggest the store manager hire staff who have a modicum of customer service experience or at least ensure the necessary training is given to staff members. I can only assume that the salary is commissions based, so any other customer support enquiry is treated as worthless.

Helped my wife with her phone connection. Staff was friendly and very helpful. He was well informed and assisted us well.

I bought an Optus prepaid phone deal at the airport. Everything worked fine until I had to top up. Th app didn't work, the prepaid sms didn't work, and they couldn't help me with their call in hot line. I even went to the branch in Chermside and they couldn't help, they would refer me to the app or their hotline. They push on their sales but their after sales service is very disappointing. I became so frustrated that I moved to a different network. If Optus doesn't sort this type of problem out, I can see then losing a lot of customers. Overall, I would not go back to Optus and certainly don't recommend them.

Visited store to sort out problem with sim card I had bought on Friday evening at big W. It hadn't activated even though I had followed all the steps. The concierge " told us to take a seat. He couldn't/wouldn't help. Told me to call customer support

Purchased a new phone and watched.They had no issues processing payment and setting up the plan.But when it comes to me asking for a rough delivery date for store pick-up or any information when my device is ready, nobody wants to talk. You have all devices and watches in store? Why is there days of delays?Lady setting up the plans says contact store for delivery and pick up information. Lady in store says whoever set up the plan should have that information???????
