Foot Locker

I was looking to purchase my first pair of Nike Dunks for my daughter but they said her size was out of stock which is a 6Y. To my surprise, I walked past the store near closing time and saw the manager scanning a few dozen pairs of shoes behind the counter and handing them over to a guy's trolley which he walked away. I went up to the guy and asked what it was and it was the Nike Dunks that I was searching for my daughter. I believe the manager's name was 'Riz' as that's what was stated on her uniform. Highly do not recommend this store.

Went in store and was told that the shoes I wanted to purchase, are only available online. Made the order with a young salesperson named Sabri, tried to ask him for advice on shoes for which he seemed inadequate/uninterested and just wanted the purchase over. He couldn’t even get my email right in the system.. maybe staff should show more care and consideration and confirm these details, I had repeated the email 3-4 times to him. He claimed the shoes would arrive in 5 business days. Two weeks later and I call the customer service to find out that the shoes were not in stock and also he got the email wrong so they never even bothered to contact my mobile number to inform me of this. Customer service said to go in store to get a refund. Terrible experience, I do not recommend shopping here.

Staff Eniko and Riz won’t sell any heat shoes to male customers. Felt like being harassed and discriminated against.Never heard of staff not wanting to make a sale, this is ridiculous and hopes someone will shed light on this sketchy behaviour.

always a lovely shopping experience with lachlan, he deserves a pay raise although the other staff in the store tend to have an attitude, Riz was exceptionally rude towards my family and I and seemed like she didn’t want to be there when helping us

Went to do a return instore. The guy who served me was lovely but when he had to get a second opinion from the manager she was rude af and very aggressive trying to show him how to process it. As from the reviews ive seen previously sounds to be the same person. Probably why i keep seeing yu guys hiring signs on front window. No good.

very nice store lay out and wide selection of shoes. the young lady that works there (did not grab her name, but she has red hair!) was extremely helpful and very sweet. She was the only one that approached me and asked if I needed any help, she went above and beyond to ensure I walked out of the store with what I was looking for and what I didn’t know I was looking for. Definitely recommend for its great service!

Went in today (20th of March). The staff were all extremely quiet and not welcoming at all. I did not feel as if I was allowed to be inside the store for some reason. A particular staff named Isaiah kept tapping on the table to the music and wouldn't let me speak over the music as he kept on tapping louder and louder. I wanted to talk to his manager and she came out telling to get out of the store and told me to stop attacking her staff. Her name is Riz on the nametag of her uniform. Highly disgusted with the environment in the store. This manager needs to be fired.

I just had the most exhausting experience of my life.1: The young male that serviced my daughter & assisted with the fitting was great. Had top class customer service.2: This is where the fun begins, I presented this young girl (Name Unknown) with a gift vouchure for $50, because the shoes didn't have a price tag I asked for the remaining balance of the shoes. She tapped the $50 vouchure & she said it's $50. I said thanks but what's the balance of the shoes. She said I have already told you 3 time. I then said No you haven't answered my question. What do I owe on the shoe's? She then tapped the vouchure again & then said omg what don't you understand? (Including a filthy look) then I said omfg this is a punish. Someone had to tell her the answer to my question. Now if this entitled young girl had of said!!! $50 for the vouchure the balance is $50. Is that card or cash? Wouldn't have been a punishing experience. 5 young people behind the counter gossiping unbelievable. I will be avoiding this shop at all cost & I think it will be to their delight not to see me again.

I don't get why you'd work in a store when the minute a customer asks you for help you roll your eyes and look like I asked them to chop their arm off. Lazy, lazy staff. Don't bother
