Terrible. Would give 0 stars if I can. Stay away!!!!!

As a previous rental tenant, I was very pleased with the level of professionalism, courtesy and respect afforded me by the team at Noble. John was prompt with replying to any of my queries and very proactive to resolve maintenance issues if existed. The whole process from applying, to moving in and eventually moving out was all handled in a seamless fashion.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. John was an awful real estate agent; never responded to emails promptly, didn't disclose hidden costs until the end of our lease and took way too long to release our bond back to us. I will never use Noble Group again.

I would not recommend this agency at all !!! I just had a terrible experience with this agent. The sales agent was rushing to ask me for the holding deposit without giving me the receipt. It is really required by law that they should give me a written receipt stating:- Amount and date of the Holding Fee,- Address of the premises, and- Names of landlord and prospective tenant.*The agency came late and cannot find the property !!!!! I was waiting for the agency to come.*The agency was also not nice during the opens.* In addition, he has said to me that he refuse to refund my holding fee even though the owner does not agree the term .This is breach of section 24 of the Act.Section 24(5) of the Residential Tenancies Act 2010 states that:“The Holding Fee is returned to the tenant if:The landlord refuses to enter agreement, orThe tenant refuses to enter agreement because of a misrepresentation or false statement by the landlord, or the non-disclosure of a material fact by the landlord.”The sales agent / leasing person is called John!! Just be aware guys !

Our build with Noble was a positive experience from start to finish; high-quality build materials, fantastic staff, great communication, and a stand out supervisor on our build. We stayed within our budget and were often surprised with what came as ‘standard’.

Had a great time with Noble Group and John is really professional!

I had a great experience,, once the construction started, it was completed very quickly. I am very happy with final product and their staff were very helpful and attentive., for the price we paid, we are very happy with the result.Thankyou Noble Home Builders..

They get 1 start from me because there is no lower score. Delay on project, careless of their customer, not responsive. The worst ever customer service, changed floor plan, extra payments for package sales..........

What a terrible experience. The service provided by Noble and the people who work here, namely John, is atrocious. If you are looking for a real estate agency that doesn’t return emails or phone calls for weeks on end, is unprofessional and ultimately cares about themselves before their tenants & clients, look no further - if only ZERO stars was an option!

So far so good, staff are very helpful and knowledgeable about the compliance and building process. Give us confidence in the upcoming construction
