Crystal Hearing Audiology, Ear Cleaning & Wax Removal

I visited Crystal Hearing for a hearing test last week and was really impressed with how warm and welcoming Meaghan was: it didn't feel clinical and impersonal which was pleasantly different from other audiology providers I've been to. Meaghan was great, explained my results carefully and put me at ease. She also showed me a what it looked like inside my ear canals which was really fascinating. Quite the painless experience and I would definitely recommend people to come in to see her.

Was a fantastic appointment, Meaghan explained everything thoroughly from the start and the procedure was pain free and now my ears are clear of wax. As someone who had moved to SA from VIC and is very weary about trying out new places, Meaghan from Crystal Hearing Audiology was friendly, great service and very warming. I can't stress enough how much easier it is to just get your ears cleaned here for $90 a year (for me at least) rather than waste anymore money on q-tips. Do yourself a favor and get your ears done here!

Meaghan was fantastic, getting me in within an hour to assess an onset of tinnitus that was concerning me. I wasn't kept waiting on arrival and was welcomed by a clean, modern space, no multiple waiting rooms, everything we needed was right there in front of me. Meaghan spent a lot of time thoroughly addressing the issue, asking detailed questions. My hearing was tested, as was the function of my inner ear, and a scope provided a picture of the canal. The treatment was painless and well explained. We even had time to discuss the impact of hearing loss on dementia, which inspired me to pass on Meaghan's details to my mother, who is concerned about dementia and has some degree of hearing loss. Pricing was excellent, and I have made a subsequent appointment to review in a month, as I have ongoing wax issues. I highly recommend visiting Crystal Hearing Audiology if you have concerns about your hearing, tinnitus, wax build up, I was really impressed by Meaghan.

Meaghan at Crystal hearing has been a great help.I went there to get a blockage cleared through micro suction then had a hearing test as I haven’t been able to hear properly for the last few years, it was a quick and easy process.we then discovered that I required hearing aids, she then walked me through the process and talked me through the options based on my lifestyle needs and I was back to being able to hear again in next to no time.The aftercare she provides too is first class.

Meaghan was amazing! I went in to have earwax micro-suctioned and she made the whole process easy and painless. She was friendly, knowledgable and I will definitely be coming back if I need a cleaning, or anything else done again! Could not recommend her more!
