WILL NEVER WALK INTO THIS STORE AGAIN! If I could give -5 stars, I would!! Walked in today with my 2 boys for runners. This is the 3rd attempt to buy them shoes from this store as other 2 times I was completely ignored or told the’ll get back to me with my shoes… 10mins later, nothing!!Today was next level! Finally got someone’s attention to be told to look at my son’s current shoes to tell THEM what shoe size my son needs! Then was given 2 sizes too big than I asked after waiting 10mins for them to return with the shoes! What kind of Sports store that sells close to 100’s of dif. Shoes doesn’t have a size gage??? Ok maybe not for adults but at least for kids… I am in complete shock at the level of incompetence and indifference from the staff. Not just once but 3 different occasions… JD SPORTS, I will never walk into your store again!! Disgraceful!!

Worst customer service ever seen! Seems like the owner/manager does not care as this is not the only comment about it.I went to the store 3-4 different time for different shoes. Each time was told the same thing to wait and wait and end up no one get back to you to even tell you what happening. You have to approach the staff after 10-15 mins waiting and ask for it. Then got told “size not available”.I am sure the staff are lazy to look for it as before they going to the back to look for it on their phone system said “available”.What a joke!!!!!!

Absolute worst customer service!Just lost a $600 sale!!!I understand it's busy but waiting over 10 minutes for shoes to come from out back (which never happened) to be told it's hectic so you need to wait". This was after we whe asked where are the shoes. You served others after us who got their shoes! Clean up your act!Shop elsewhere as they don't care about providing any decent customer service!"

the costumer service was sooo bad it doesn’t deserve one star even. got served by a short guy wearing glasses to be specific didn’t show the respect towards muslim and ethnic costumer as much as other. really hope they can see this to improve their S**t costumer service

GO TO HYPE DC INSTEADThis place has the worst customer service I have ever witnessedI have come here on 3 seperate occasions to be completely avoided by the staff even when I ask for help.The last time I went the guy begrudgingly said to me I'm pretty busy" when I asked to see if they had my size.Another time the employee went off and said he would look at disappeared at the back for 1 second and said he has to look for it manually so he said he wouldn't."

Absolutely worst customer service we asked for pair of shoes for specific size instead of checking the guy said we don't have we went to check out and asked the girl to see if they were available she had a look and said yes we told her what happened instead of being apologetic she way so so rude and said to calm down so ms chelsea plz improve your tone before commenting on us not going to these guys ever again would give it big 0 for these 2 workers , eventually we purchased and Lady didn't handed shoes but aggressively thrown on us.

If I could give them 1 star I would as they all stand around like zombies and have no customer skills. Today was the second day we have gone in there over a 6 week period and nothing has changed. Don't waste your time going there

Absolutely the worst customer service!!! You have all these people working there an NOT ONE OF THEM know how to great customers let alone approach to see if any one needs a hand! I’ve worked in retail for 15 years maybe I should come teach you how to have customer service! Last night I brought over $400 worth of clothes plus I asked to put a pair of shoes on hold till the next day only to come in a they sold it!! JD sports step up your game in customer service and product knowledge!! To the manager of this store teach you team to be on top customer service…

Came in today and was serviced by Tania who was so lovely! She treated me with so much kindness and really went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with my experience. Great conversation and friendly nature 10/10.
